In the mid-1990s, I designed engaging animations and user interfaces for computer-based training modules. These modules utilized video and interactive quizzes to effectively train sales associates on product knowledge. I also edited and optimized video content for seamless playback from CD-ROMs. I was using a Media 100 Video editor to edit and optimize video content.
In 1996-97, I crafted a hybrid CD marketing campaign for Joy Art Music/Copia Records, the renowned studio behind Oprah Winfrey's theme music and iconic McDonald's jingles. The project included an enhanced CD playable on both Mac and PC, featuring an audio/video demo reel, studio photos, and discographies. I also designed the CD and cover artwork, along with a tri-fold brochure. I was making several multimedia products in the late 90's and early 2000's. I was creating stable cross-platform applications using Macromedia's Director, leveraging Flash for vector-based interactive UI components. Macromedia's Director and Macromedia'sFlash worked very well together.
Around 2005, I designed a logo for Red's Barber Shop in Indianapolis, capturing their desired 'old-fashioned' aesthetic.
